Yes, I can do most special orders. Please email me with a description of what you would like and I will let you know if it is something that I am able to do at that time. I will also give you an APPROXIMATE timeline to completion. Please understand, I do have other responsibilities and this time line is subject to change. A price will also be quoted based on materials and labor required.

Items will ship first class through the USPS with tracking. I try to reuse boxes and packaging material to not only keep the cost and ultimately prices down, but to also leave a smaller carbon footprint on our great Mother Earth!
I accept returns for defective merchandise for full purchase price refund. A photo of damage must first be sent to verify damage was not due to misuse. Once photo is approved and item is returned, refund will be processed less shipping fees. Please contact me if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. It is strongly suggested that tracking be used on return orders to ensure delivery. There are NO refunds on digital orders (ie crochet patterns)

If you need to cancel an order, notification MUST be sent within 24 hours of an order being placed. Changes and cancellations will NOT be accepted after 24 hours. If it is a special order, the 30% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT be returned.
Yes. Once a quote is given, should the buyer like to continue with the order there is a 30% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on all special orders.
Crochet patterns are delivered via email. I have to manually send the file to you so please allow time for your order to process as they are filled in the order of which they are received. THIS IS NOT AN AUTOMATIC DOWNLOAD. If your email does not arrive within 48 hours CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.
